The name 'Amara' is a name used throughout the world with meanings such as everlasting, immortal, grace and kindness. We feel that these words reflect our core values and speak true to our culture.
Our team is dedicated to driving positive cultural changes in the industry and promoting gender-equality throughout our operations. With our values-driven approach, we are confident in our ability to provide our customers with a professional service that never compromises on quality, safety or integrity.
Our Founders
Bonded over their mutual love for footy & playing sports, co-founders, Jenika and Ash are embarking on the trailblazing mission to transform the asphalt paving industry, infusing it with much-needed diversity, and sprucing up the trade they both know so well.

Jenika brings her experience in leading an Australian asphalt and profiling company as their Chief Operating Officer whereas Ash brings their comprehensive field experience as an experienced asphalter and plant operator.
